My favorite GF cookies!

This cookie recipe is on the back of any Kraft peanut butter container but I have modified it somewhat, to its present awesomeness!

preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix 1 cup Peanut butter Crunchy or smooth (depending on if you want big nut pieces of not) 1/2 C sugar and 1 egg (now for my additions. Add 2 tbsp. of coca powder, blend this together then add 1/2 C pecans and 1/2 C of either chocolate chips or butterscotch chips..or both Yumm!
roll into 24 balls, place 2 inches apart. Bake 15 minutes, DO NOT OVER BAKE!
So simple so easy, so perfectly delicious ....Enjoy
