Gluten free Granola Bars

Granola Bars From my good friend B.G.

1cup butter
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 1/2 tbs vanilla
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
6 cups oats (GF)
1 cup each: coconut, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds (all toasted)
2 cups choco chips (or 1 cup craisins & 1 cup choco chips)

In a skillet toast the coconut, sunflower seeds & sesame seeds & set a side to cool.

In large mixing bowl cream together butter, peanut butter, vanilla & brown sugar.

Add corn syrup & then mix remaining ingredients. Press into a greased cookie sheet.

Bake @350 for 14 - 20 minutes. Let cool slightly & cut while still warm.
