Easy Fast Taco Soup
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 cup celery finely chopped
14 oz can tomato sauce or 396 ml of homemade tomato puree
12 oz can corn with liquid or frozen corn with a little water
14 oz can of kidney beans drained
1/3 cup salsa
1 tbsp. chilli powder
3 tbsp. taco seasoning
3 cups water
Taco chips
Cheese, shredded
Sour cream
1 Cook beef, onion, and celery until meat is browned, and onion and celery are tender.
2 Add the rest of the ingredients, simmer for 15 minutes.
3 Add taco chips, shredded cheese, and sour cream to individual soup bowls.
Souper easy and yummy!
